Spend Wednesday exploring the beauty and marine life of Bartolome Island and Sullivan Bay on an excursion that starts through the Itabaca Channel. After landing at Bartolome, take a 395-step climb to the top of the island. From the summit, enjoy views of Pinnacle Rock and walk through lava tunnels past lava cacti, tiquilla plants and Darwin’s finches along the way. Then head out on a zodiac ride along the coastline, where you might see Galapagos penguins. Next, visit Sullivan Bay to snorkel in the water and watch Galapagos marine fauna up close.
The day starts with a 7:00 meeting in Puerto Ayora and ends around 17:00.
